About the role
The Pre-Employment Screening team are an essential function supporting the recruitment delivery process, operating from our Head Office in Bristol. They manage the extensive process of ensuring all relevant Pre-employment Screening requirements are obtained and maintained according to stringent client standards and Data protection laws.
This role will be focused on looking after one of our major Client accounts, managing the Pre-employment Screening for new and existing contractors. With over 3500 contractors on-site across the accounts, and continual new hires, there is a high volume of work involving strong organisation and administration skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure.
You will need to be able to constantly assess and progress a candidate’s current screening status by contacting candidates via phone, email and face to face to gather the necessary information and documents; liaising with consultants to bring candidates up to fully compliant status; keeping accurate up-to-date records on our database system and preparing files to for audit.
