The opportunity

Resource Management is seeking an Account Coordinator responsible for Temporary Recruitment to join the Client Services division based in our Bristol head office.

This role will enjoy full responsibility for the account co-ordination between our high profile MSP Clients and the assigned Temporary Recruitment Agencies.

This is a hands-on position, where you’ll be managing our MSP Clients’ entire temporary recruitment lifecycle across multiple sites.

Working alongside our Vendor Management teams, you’ll support supplier selection, appointment and management.

Reporting to the UK Talent Lead – RPO & MSP, other key responsibilities will include:-

  • Proactively ensuring applications are in line with client requirements
  • Ensuring that job specs are consistent and workable
  • Ensuring 100% real time data is available for Client Services throughout recruitment process
  • Coordinating and facilitating all interviews with Hiring Managers and Vendors
  • Checking and recording placement information on internal database and VMS
  • Raising agency paperwork
  • Liaison with vendors regarding extension details
  • Liaison with Accounts and Compliance to resolve vendor/agency worker queries.

Who you are

You’ll bring the following skills and experience:-

  • Experience working within a Recruitment role, temporary, contract or permanent
  • Sound understanding of recruitment processes; ideally temporary recruitment
  • Strong, accurate IT skills to include; Outlook, Word, Excel and internal databases
  • Excellent ability to communicate with people at all levels (internal & external)
  • Strong ability to analyse and interpret information
  • With Management support, the ability to ‘push back’ to the business when required.
