Sanderson, part of the wider RSG Group, has been operating in the UK for over 40 years. Due to our continued success, the London team are relocating to a larger, modern space in the vibrant city centre in the New Year.

The opportunity
The team has successfully established itself in the IT and Business Change fields andare growing their expertise in the lucrative digital market. We are now seeking an additional recruitment professional to resource our existing clients and build their own portfolio of predominantly financial services clients.
This is a fully supported 360, IT and Business Change recruitment opportunity for a driven recruitment professional who gains satisfaction from both individual as well as team success. You’ll benefit from full training and guidance including a 12 month training and development plan which will set you up for success in generating your own business portfolio in your preferred specialism.

If you’re an experienced sales or recruitment professional seeking an employer who will invest in your development for a successful future and which offers strong leadership, then this is your opportunity.
Recruiting experience is not essential as you’ll shadow our experienced consultants on client meetings and be guided on the IT/Change/Digital market. However you’re already someone who naturally builds effective relationships and who has a consultative approach to sales in your current field.
You’re known for your professional approach and you don’t need KPI’s to motivate you to achieve your goals. You’re a team player who enjoys a positive office culture as much as the freedom to get away from your desk and put your sound networking skills to work.
