In order to service this business win, we’re recruiting a team of specialist recruiters starting with the lead role of Relationship Manager, based in our Bristol office.
This strategic role will enjoy high level client exposure as well as gain satisfaction from delivering on requirements until the rest of the team is in place.
Who you are
This is a full 360 senior recruitment position which will build a team with the support of the wider Sanderson G&D team and ensure our continued success in this highly specialised field.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a successful full cycle Recruiter working in the public sector or within Technology, if not both. In the course of your career you may have built permanent desks from scratch and developed and managed high performing teams.
You’re most comfortable taking a lead role in managing client relationships while enjoying working as part of a team to deliver on your strategies.
Above all, you’ll possess a strong work ethic, high value business ethos and an approach to your work that demonstrates professionalism and integrity.
