Sanderson, part of the RSG group was established 40 years ago, now operating from 10 offices across the UK and Europe. We have established a strong brand within the North of the country, with our Manchester office now in its 5th year, and some of our most high-profile clients in the region.
With long standing business in the North East, and more recent development of significant relationships in the area, we will be putting a Sanderson presence on the ground and opening an office in central Leeds.
We are building a team of consultants to help us develop our business in the new region, working with established clients and delivering into existing vacancies, as well as generating activity to elevate and expand our services further.
This is not a typical 360 role; there are no targets around cold calling. We do, however, put a strong emphasis on business development through building relationships and expanding networks, and the ability to identify and open up business opportunities through market knowledge and connections.
The primary focus is on relationships, both with clients and candidates. In our business, it is about providing the highest standard of service, operating with professional credibility and integrity in order to bring together the strongest candidates and most prestigious clients.
We need professional, polished and charismatic individuals, with the drive and ambition to build a successful career with us. Commercial awareness and professional gravitas are essential, with the ability to communicate with confidence and credibility, both over the phone and face to face.
Ideally we would like to see experience within IT & Business Change recruitment and an understanding of Financial Services, which are our speciality markets. Alternatively a background in another area of Professional Services would be transferable.
