We are looking for an experienced consultant who has been successful in a 360 position but is now ready to move away from transactional recruitment and take their career further than they’re able to in their current in environment.
Ideally you have been working in the IT & Change sectors, and have an understanding of Financial Services – our speciality areas. You need to be able to demonstrate your skills in business development that transcend a structured cold call, as well as your ability to consistently deliver high calibre candidates in a competitive market.
We want to see individuals who stand out from other recruiters, who are able to act on their own initiative, be front footed, proactive and self sufficient. You will be given training and support but you need to have the professional maturity to take ownership of your work and develop your desk into a successful and lucrative business.
The London office was set up in 2014, and has developed into a thriving division of our business, with turnover doubling in the last year and the team now outgrowing the premises. Underneath the leadership of the Regional Manager, there are 6 consultants , all of whom started their recruitment career with us in the last 3 years.
There is opportunity for this new hire to develop into a leadership role through demonstrating their understanding of our business and customers, working cohesively with the team and ultimately teaching through example, leading from the front and inspiring peers to push their careers forward.
