Account Director •Sourcing predominantly permanent roles initially within technical disciplines•Coordinating sourcing support from our UK and offshore teams•Coordinating activity of Onboarding Team where required•Developing and maintaining senior client stakeholder relationships•Identifying opportunities within existing clients for expansion / additional services The Account Director will be responsible for delivery into one or more key accounts, based either in Winnersh or on the client site(s). This includes ownership of the SLA(s) and maximisation of gross profit through development of the account(s).

•Adherence to client SLAs and Sopra Steria Recruitment procedures•Ensure Sopra Steria Recruitment’s system is up to date reflecting all activity•Have a clear understanding of Steria and Steria Recruitment’s key messages andservice portfolio•Have the ability to articulate service offerings to clients•Conduct and record service level reviews with clients, providing regular updates to the Sales Manager•Ensure Account Plans are maintained and updated for assigned clients•Ensure your assigned resourcers work proactively to build a strong network of candidates with skills and experience pertinent to the assigned clients •Debt Management – monitor debt position in your assigned accounts and draw attention to Head of Finance any situation which may lead to a 60+ day debtor situation•Time-sheets for contractors – ensure no time-sheets are outstanding for more than 4 weeks•Trisys – ensure all actions completed on a daily basis to ensure accurate reporting•Ensure processes are reviewed regularly to maintain effectiveness•Ensure feedback on performance is recorded and quarterly feedback surveys are completed•Support and be knowledgeable about your business area’s market and industry trends•Completion of activity reporting and forecasting in line with Sales Managers' requests. Measure:-•Achievement of monthly Revenue, Margin and contractor numbers target•Identification of new business opportunities in existing Clients•Account plans should be registered on Trisys and regularly reviewed to include any changes in delivery/opportunity•Conversion ratios will be measured for each client and reviewed•Performance against client specific SLAs•Feedback from the client and SSR delivery team
