The Sanderson Cardiff office has been running for 4 years and has had considerable success in that time, so there is an existing portfolio of clients to leverage and a strong brand to represent. There will be work to deliver into from the offset and vast scope to further develop the market and your position within the organisation.
There is opportunity for this new hire to develop into a leadership role through demonstrating their understanding of our business and customers, working cohesively with the team and ultimately teaching through example, leading from the front and inspiring peers to push their careers forward.
We want to see individuals who stand out from other recruiters, who are able to act on their own initiative, be front footed, proactive and self sufficient. You will be given training and support but you need to have the professional maturity to take ownership of your work and develop your desk into a successful and lucrative business.
Ideally you have been working in the IT & Change sectors, and have an understanding of Financial Services – our speciality areas. You need to be able to demonstrate your skills in business development that transcend a structured cold call, as well as your ability to consistently deliver high calibre candidates in a competitive market.
