About the role

The Contracts Team sit within the Pre-Employment Screening team and are an essential function supporting the recruitment delivery process, operating from our Head Office in Bristol. They manage all aspects of the process ensuring all relevant contract documentation including New Starter Contracts, Extension Contracts, Terminations and Contract amendments are created with the correct information, checked and sent out to candidates via our online signing system Echosign.

 

This role will also involve managing your own work stream and dealing with contractual queries with the support of the Contracts Team Manager and our Legal Team. With over 3500 contractors on-site, and continual new hires, there is a high volume of work involving strong organisation and administration skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure.

 

You will also need to be able to constantly assess and progress the status of your workload to ensure contracts are issued within the correct timeframes; liaising with consultants to ensure all placement information is accurate and filing all paperwork on our database system.
