Resource Solutions Group has been dominating the IT & Change market within Financial Services since it was established over 40 years ago, now with over 250 employees and turning over circa £300m last year, experiencing exponential growth over the last 6 years.
We have spent the last 4 years building our Cyber & Information security expertise, in readiness to grow a team around this. Cyber breaches are every where in the media at the moment, and we are looking to grow out team in order to help to combat the extreme shortage of talent in this space.
We are now in a position to take on an additional member in the team, to deliver into the current opportunities and support the continuous growth and development of this division.
We are happy to consider individuals with no recruitment experience, who will receive individual training, tailored to the Cyber Security desk. Alternatively, you can come from a recruitment background with experience in a similar market, or looking to diversify your skillset and explore other sectors.
In order to be successful in this industry, you need to have the drive and determination to push yourself forward without being micromanaged. Resilience and tenacity are required to work effectively during the challenging periods, with a positive and mature attitude.
We deal with only qualified and experienced candidates, and high profile prestigious organisations, so we want to see people with gravitas, polish and professional credibility. You will need to be able to follow instruction, but also work with autonomy and confidence to manage your workload.

Working along side our leading consultant in this market space, you will have the opportunity to learn from a subject matter expert, receiving guidance and support as you develop your own skillset and knowledgebase of the sector.
Coming onto a warm desk, there will be roles for you to work on from the outset, and plenty of scope to develop business through expanding your networks and generating market information which will enable you to identify and open up opportunities, without the pressure of KPIs and cold calling.
